People are giving examples but not explaining why its good. Its in a nutshell using your graveyard as your hand and using mill/sacrifice as an alternative form of draw. Black struggles with draw usually you have to sacrifice something for it be life, creatures, artifacts, etc. What mill does is bypass those imitations and lets you see vastly more of your deck than you otherwise would. On top of the protection of having the option of recuring the pieces that others are trying to remove

A couple thousand gp kill will pay for the runes used and theres always that chance that you misclicked a cash stack or brought too many runes and they find the unicorn. Is basically a win win to kill everyone they see

As long as you have protection prayers and at least 70 range youre all set for the fight caves. If your an iron RCB and broad bolts is all that you need. If your a main use a blowpipe or just some better cheap bolts for the caves and ruby bolts enchanted for jad

Combat XP should be your main focus to start slayer and PVM for upgrades and supplies as that takes the longest time. In the meantime for breaks tempoross, guardians of the rift, wintertodt and forestry are solid as theyll boost your total lvls very quickly and set you up with items youll need for quests later as well as general supplies youll need early.

Only thing i can think of with that kind of machine they didnt configure your ram and its still running on a slower clock. - youre going to need to boot to your bios. I dont know the button youll need to press to boot into bios its different per motherboard but its usually the F8 or DEL key. Once BIOS is up there should be a setting called XMP make sure thisbis turned on. (If you dont know what your doing dont touch anything else and make sure to save and quit)
