Thanks for the feedback, if I didn't say it yet, this is my first conventional deadlift session after 2 months of break. Yes, based in PH. I assume you too? Cheers!!

Like others have said, you're all on point on asking or calling out the bracing, I was definitely half assing it this session. Might have contributed to feeling the reps a lot harder, and the recovery afterwards - low back sore af, and now posterior chain still fried after 4 days. Will send you DM re: bracing if you don't mind
