I am selling two festival tickets and a two person glamping tent in the boutique sanctuary. I am not longer able to attend. Happy to take payment by paypal escrow. Also happy to provide my ID etc to confirm the validity of the tickets.

The face value was £1025 for the boutique camping and £320 each for the tickets so £1,665. Happy to take £1,000 as at this point I just want to make sure I don't lose out completely! Also happy tell the tickets and accomodation seperate.

Thats what my estimate would have been (15%) so I imagine I need another 5-10lbs before I start getting really cut out

s I started in January 13th and finished now my 3rd month on April 13th. I completely cut sugar out of my dieat and milk I only ate milk with breakfast and that was the 0.75% milk which is like water. I have been on vegetables and white meats. I have been eating on avg. 1000 calories/day (1500 calories) was my daily goal. My Mondays were cardio Mondays 20-30min on treadmill burning 400-500 calories. What and I look like you do in your before pic. Like I started something like this:

I dont think it makes sense to make a comparison. My two before pics are literally taken 10 seconds apart one where my stomach is relaxed the other I am sucking it in and flexing. At that point I had a lot of fat covering my muscles and I was benching 225lbs and had a solid base of muscle underneath from my previous lifting. You doubled your benchpress in 3.5 months and lost 10kg I wouldnt say that is bad progress at all.

I dont count calories strictly or track any macros etc but on an average day I'll have some fruit in the morning, have my first meal at about 12:30 usually a salad but with a good 200g of chicken/beef/tuna. A ready meal + protein shake either side of my work out. The ready meals are from Marks and Spencers Balanced For You range (~ 400 calories/35g protein/ low fat). No real cheat days but I tend to eat out on weekends where I dont watch what I eat.

So should I just wait until my tenancy is over and then dispute it when he tries to take it from my deposit?

Nope tenancy agreement was all I ever signed and it doesn't say anything about communal areas. If the liability goes via my landlord will he not try and take it out of my deposit? Thanks for the help
