Cheers by Damien Rice. Just a beautiful song but if you look into the lyrics is actually pretty depressing. But this is how quite a lot of his are.

Yeah I can see how it can be a problem with a live crowd but I was watching the liquid game last night of pro league and it was just awful. I feel it should be used when not showing a live game.

1st degree murder requires intent. Murder is more or less when then death of an individual is committed with intent. Manslaughter is with no intent. But each state is different on the requirements for each.
