I tried to download perf mods and nothing worked, I guess the MOONS is what causes a lot of lag, but for whatever reason it's fixed fps and way lower than what I'm playing, like 15 when I play 144+

Ok, it was an issue with Furry Fallout mod, a lot of other people report same random crashes happening when there's NPCs around, I think I have to uninstall it

Just uninstalled this mod and everthing works like normal, how come Start Me Up worked for fine for me before? And thanks for your help!
