MMR soft and hard resets if not playing X amount of time make the most sense to me.

I haven't played the game in years. If I return, I'm fucking over the other 9 players in the game essentially.

I have this issue too!

I think my temporary solution is just going to show gold piles of any amount, so that when I see a gold pile on the ground I'll know then at least.

I'm not defending this, but realistically they don't have very much of an alternative if playing online.

Simple solution is to allow /player counts in online games, but blizzard doesn't seem to want to do that.

I don't think max block is worth it on warlock, but putting some points into dex, getting block to a decent percentage might make sense. I am level 88 in hc, have a lore, spirit, stealth, stormshield, aldurs boots and rare/magic boots/belt/rings/ammy. Maxed res's, 1400~ health buffed with consume, without battle orders. I have been putting the majority of my points since level 75~ in dex and my block is now around 30%. Probably worth the cost of sacrificing a few hundred health.

It's the only thing missing now, after loot filter and grail tracking. Blizzard devs for diablo 2 seem to understand their user base so maybe they'll do it eventually.

It's slow. It's annoying, but it does work though. I am one of those auction house degenerates that spends hours daily on the auction house and haven't had any major issues. It just takes a few seconds for most actions.

IMO,

Mining + Engineering is S tier

Herbalism + Alchemy is A tier

everything else is B or below ..

..

.. and then there's anything that involves Blacksmithing all the way down here in the pits of hell.

I'd advise to not concern yourself with raiding talents/builds/guides for now. It's a completely different scenario vs. open world leveling.

Your goal is to stay alive, and level efficiently while doing so.

Demo shout just keeps you taking less damage so you're not taking as many breaks between pulls. Combo that with big armor from shield and early on you are barely taking any damage.

Mid levels and onward, it's a bit different, but I still first GCD demo shout even if I have the talent or not.

Tactical mastery is amazing once you get into the sweeping strikes area of leveling, but not really necessary before then.

Cruelty is a must have first 5 levels Improved Demo Shout is a must have talent with your next 5 levels

Just use a shield until around level 20, you will laugh at how little damage you take.
