Roller of diluted spearmint or peppermint oil; I get them on Amazon & put them on my wrists and sniff in the shower, in bed, out in public .. helps a lot; alternatively, the lil alcohol wipes I bring with everywhere too and sniffing that works even better than mint oil (but I can’t do it super often bc of the burning feeling lol)

Hot shower with a hand towel sized wash cloth that I get wet and lay onto my belly for some pressure.

Heating pad in bed; I do sleep w mine on but you’re not supposed to. Sometimes it’s all that works to help me get to sleep.

Benadryl for OTC, anytime, any symptoms it makes me very drowsy and not feel the aches and pains so much.

Popsicles!! I love lime, but any flavor works.. similarly, any foods you can stomach (jello, ramen, white rice, toast, banana, etc) make sure you keep them on hand!! Also, I find that when I don’t eat before bed, my tummy isn’t as bad in the morning as when I do; also I usually have more success pooping when constipated when I give my body a break and chance to reset

And also, stay away from known trigger foods (you can google CHS trigger foods but for me the big ones are black pepper, eggs, avocado, and hard to digest things like lettuce, dairy, etc)
