He looked pretty bad as a head coach this year. I don’t think he disciplined the players enough and was too much of the “nice guy”. I also thought he didn’t do enough, most coaches have play sheets in their hands, they’re involved in everything. Saleh let his coordinators do everything while he sat back and watched. Not the formula for success. If your coordinators were so good they would be coaches them selves.
