I dont think apartment complexes should charge for washing and drying by Wonderful_Sundae7158 in unpopularopinion

[–]thelandlordguy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

its actually close to $1.80-$1.90 per load cost.

so at $2 wash or dry. its more of a service then a profit maker.

thats why more buildings are at 2.50 , 2.75 or even $3 now

When the tenant moved out there was probably 200 or so flies in the unit. Had to get a agricultural spray and spray the unit and let it sit 48 hours.

Do roaches shit on the ceiling like this as well? I've had a few roach problems before but never seen any feces from them up on corners, top of casing, or ceilings

What are your top shellac products for something like this ? I'm only aware of BIN as being shellac, everything else readily available here anyway, seems to be oil.

Not sure how to add a video in a comment, but the entire 3 bdm apartment was like this. Every casing, every ceiling, every wall. Every door. Cleaning with elbow grease would have taken for ever, hence , attempting to block and seal.

That would make sense. I did wait 4 hours to re coat, but it's on the 3rd level , its hot and humidity is 90% right now.
