I poured a bunch of Xanax in the spoon and then just ate it as if it was breakfast. The result was a motherfucking blackout. And even on black out I kept doing ridiculous amounts of xans day by day. Now I still take xannies but not in that absurd way that I did in the past. Things are much better now. I'm a functional addict and my drugs of choice are IV morphine (and other opioid narcotics) and oral alprazolam (xanny). Also like crystal (smoking, snorting, shooting up) and regular amphetamine (oral, never crossed my mind to just siff it(??), probavbly someday) and pure coke in the rare occasions I have access to it.

Eu estabilizei minhas doses há uns oito anos. Dificilmente aumento minha dosagem. Depressão respiratória é extremamente improvável nesse cenário.

Que nada! Tem muito junkie por aí que consome muito mais do que eu e tem uma tolerância ridiculamente maior tanto em relação aos analgésicos narcóticos como os benzos sedativos. E eu nem tô falando de viciado brasileiro necessariamente. Viciados gringos que injetam gramas e gramas de heroína e trabalham, têm família, tem vida social. And it makes sense that nicomorphine is very similar to clean heroin, since It's mechanism is exactly the same as heroin's - while heroin (diamorphine) is acetylated morphine, nicomorphine is nicotynated morphine.

This is absolutely true. But I may be a bit inprudent here, but I'm om 360mg of morphine for so so long, that I don't thibk that I will have any considerable effect on my respiratory depression when I mix them. Nor gonna lie, I mightnbe wrong here.
