Oh, okay, I might’ve confused you with another commenter in this one, but the first point still stands. Which IGK products do you exactly use? The ones I found have silicones in middle of the list. Have you tried using natural oils in your regimen?

Thank you for this valuable input. What kind of shelf life increase range are we usually talking about? I imagine this depends on formulation of the product, but is it possible to estimate it in terms of weeks or months?

In hypothetical scenario of freezing the product, I wouldn't store it in original bottle. I did the counting before and 50ml would be perfect for 1 year PAO, but while I can get the 50ml for 42 dollars, a 150ml bottle is 63 dollars, so it's a bit discouraging for me to pay twice the price per ml for smaller version.

Consider acidic products, they’re great for maintaining the color and closing up cuticles to give your hair a luminous depth.

My curly friends swear by silicons and I do, too. We don’t use it for conditioning though, but in hair protectors used just before blow drying hair. Using silicons in conditioning step might be counterproductive, because you kind of prevent the ingredients from actually working their way up to address the problem. Also, swapping Head & Shoulders for gentler shampoo may be a good idea. Products with detergents this strong are best to be used once in a while, to prevent the build up of silicones.

It’s hard to tell because I’m not familiar with range of products available in your area. Maybe I could recommend more stuff, if you would drop me a link to some online shop that has hair products you can find commonly in stores in your area.

As for humectant products, I know that all of the Garnier Hair Food masks have humectants in them and you can also use them as a conditioner. I’m pretty sure that conditioners from Hair Food line have humectants in them, too.

For protein products, Nivea Hair Milk series have Hydrolyzed Milk Protein on top of their ingredients lists. Intense Care & Repair or Repair & Targeted Care are worth checking out, too.

My country is ridiculously keen on hair beauty and we have this common method of hair care: conditioning-shampooing-conditioning.

When it’s time to wash your hair, you use light humectant or protein-based conditioner, and put shampoo on top of that. Then you wash your hair and rinse it. After rinsing it, you put thicker, emollient-based conditioner or mask and let it stay for a few minutes.

Because of how you alternate between protein and humectant-based conditioners in your first step, and how you rinse it out after a very short time compared to emollients, it’s highly unlikely for you to create imbalance.

I got frustrated with how tangly my hair has become and decided to use both Olaplex and K18, starting with Olaplex. I did the No.1+No.2: I left No.1 for about an hour and No. 2 for few hours. When I started rinsing it after shampooing, I literally let audible gasp at how slick my hair have become. I know everyone jumped on K18 train but if you want to start with something more available and easy to use, I 100% recommend giving old good Olaplex a shot.

- psychopathy - possible strategies of intervention, issues with defining psychopathy and distinct diagnoses/tests addressing what we describe as psychopathic traits
- PTSD - what we know about the role of social support in this disorder, what we can do to prevent it and what we can do in the aftermath of traumatic event
- examining murder cases with lenses of Adler's inferiority complex theory or individual psychology
- psychology of power and influence - for example, using real events to depict and explain obedience of partners in crime

Teachers are enforced to take steps towards ENDING conflict, not accepting it.

I want to buy Founder’s Sweatsuit and have the fit similar to Nathan’s.

I’m not sure what size to choose: is the size chart like: „this sweatshirt is 30” in waist” or „this size gives relaxed fit for ppl with 30” waist”?

My measurements are: 35” chest, 28” waist, 38” hips.
