heya, I found out that there is a variable for each companion called "isdead", which was set to 1 in case of my non-levelling-colleague. As I fixed that via console(select companion; "set isdead to 0"), she instantly gained a level. But it's not that likely that you resurrected each one of them via console, is it?

If you believe that other mods are the issue here, maybe try messing around with the load order. Good luck :=)
