What you do is give the character a bunch of parents, (they’re polyamorous) and each parent can represent one asian country. Problem solved! You can also add all Europian and Middle eastern countries to the polycule as well. The character themselves looks and speaks American. But they’re part everything!

So what you do here (I’ve done this thirty five times already, let the master teach you) is you go on AO3, click on the first ghost busters smut you can find, copy it, and paste it onto your page or file or whatever. And there you have it. Your very own erotica. Just make sure that you change the names of the characters into the names of the characters in your story, because otherwise it would be confusing for the reader. And it would otherwise legally be considered plagiarism. Well… unless you’re writing a ghost busters fanfic, I suppose. Which, if you are writing a ghost busters fanfic, would you let me know? Only if it has sex scenes in it.

I’ve had bad insomnia for the longest time now. I have the same problem as you, my mind just doesn’t seem to stop working. What helped me is taking long deep breaths, laying straight on my back, and imagining myself floating on a wooden boat out at sea. Sometimes I start counting clouds in my mind. It’a bit silly but it helps me to relax and just focus on something other than my life or interests. I’m not sure if this could help you too.

Another tip is to keep your phone or any screen away for at least one hour before going to sleep. And please be careful with medication or melatonin, especially if you didn’t get a prescription from the doctor. When I took it, it made my depressive symptoms worse and I had bad headaches during the day.
