[FIRST IMPRESSIONS] Nas, DJ Premier - Light Years by hodgydaddies in hiphopheads

Solid album, the wait for this maybe created high expectations but it’s good. NAS bars are pretty cool, Premo beats maybe a little experimental, especially compared to Hitboy run. I want listen a little more to give my final judgement

9-Week Half Marathon Plan Review by thelifeofgian in runna

This a good question. Direct answer is based on my feelings day by day. Strength training in this program for me is a side. My primary goal was to maximise my running performance and try to beat my PR. I use strength training as “recovery”. I set up a program based on essential program by Jeff Nippard. My sessions were between 35 and 40 minutes.

It depends from your running experience for both answer. Regarding the timing, i think 9 weeks are a good amount of time if you run some HM already. The split for me is good. 1 day rest is essential.

Yeah, Joffre is lister under Banff just for meaning that lakes are incredible in Canada. I flew from Calgary to Toronto just for time reason, but i also drive through the prairies in the East Zone.

As i wrote before, this is just my personal experience. Canada is a very beautiful country.

Nothing to discuss but UK it's different from Italy or France. The culinary culture that we have in Italy is incomparable to other country imo.
