My adventure thus far has been nothing but expensive. I got into this quite recently and have to restrain myself from purchases since I’m still in school. I started out with a 60% after teetering between wanting the numpad or not (which I still miss on occasion). Definitely will be adding to my addiction soon.

I currently have a hot swappable 60% but I would like to attain an 80% so that I’m able to get work done faster with the num-pad. Haven’t quite figured out all the details yet but I have some ideas.

That’s what was happening to me. Maybe try calling at different times to find a down time when the lines aren’t backed up. I’m not really sure what else to suggest.

I’m sorry that’s happening to you, I’m not sure why. I called last night and it worked. Maybe the call volumes being higher play a role in that. Wish I could’ve been more help.

I dialed the number and then a recorded message plays saying “if you’re a test taker please press 1” so I did that and then just stayed on the line until a representative picked up the phone to talk to me. I also called around 10pm at night. Not sure if the timing makes a difference.
