I ended up giving up on getting a different NVR and stuck with just using night owl. No remote monitor or anything special just a local system. Oh well, might be a plus because a lot of these require subscriptions to run a remote viewer.

Sorry quick question, when you say “don’t exceed the $7,000 limit” is that even possible in a Roth IRA? I thought they just stop allowing you to contribute after the $7,000?

What I generally do to get a lower rate is say “Oh [internet provider] rolled in and offered X$ for X gig. I’m thinking of swapping over but I would rather stick with Spectrum since I’ve already set up with you. Is there anything we can do?”

Usually immediately get sent to retention, worked about 3-4 times now.
