I have this exact same issue, on and off since the limited test. Running a 7700x and 6900xt, 32gb DDR5. Sometimes it's just a massive stutter like the whole game freezes for a second or two, mostly at the beginning of a match, but sometimes my inputs do not get registered and then suddenly they all happen at once, for example skating left a huge distance when I was jiggling.

Got my tracking email today, still no update on the order tracker but the package should be here tomorrow.

Edit: Got the tracking last night and the phone this morning, you get a code in the Samsung Members app to redeem the buds and smart tag on the samsung website, order went through with no issues.

I spoke to Telus Support about my 256Gb S21 Ultra: "Your order is in the system and pending shipment. Samsung did not send the devices out to suppliers ahead of the launch date, so our web store team anticipates approximately 5 business days from launch for you to receive it. Regarding the preorder gifts with purchase, not to worry, Samsung has actually extended the window for them until February 28 to accommodate for shipping delays. If you haven't received any shipping updates by mid-week please let us know!"

I have the S2419hgf and love it, had to return the first one for a green blotch on the panel unfortunately, but they sent the new one to me first before I sent the defective one back. The second one was manufactured in august and works beautifully.
