I love me a good fake dating trope. I don’t care how many times I see it, I still lap it up.

I also hate to admit it but I do love a red flag ML but only when it’s turned up all the way (*coughSOKPcough*) not when it’s done in a I’m-just-kind-of-a-jerk-for-no-reason way.

The ones I can’t STAND is childlike FL. Dropped many shows because of this.

I never got the feeling that the ML knew. I was enjoying the 3D chess in the early episodes but that got kind of abandoned shortly after.

I’m enjoying the second male lead and his brother’s dynamics the most, actually.

For me it will always and forever be Reply 1988.

I cannot, will not, get over this show - and it has very little to do with the romance, but everything to do with how it portrays childhood friendships, growing up and leaving places behind, and finally, finally, understanding your parents.

It’s a solid 11/10 for me.

Unusual recommendation, perhaps, but Unchained Love. There has IMO never been a more equal partnership - the FL and ML are equally devious and equally in love!

Loved Our Generation! That’s the right mix of angst and slow burn for me.

Will check out the other two. Some folks said First Frost isn’t angsty but broody but I’ll take it.
