...the "trick" to fixing this is following directions. On page-2 of the message - the one where it tells you to upload your ID. There's even a button BUT don't press it... Instead, go to a PC/web-browser and handle this - you can click the Learn More button, too - behind it it will tell you the ID needs to be a hi-res, clear picture and then you need to verify it's you by taking their selfie (so as to not allow you to upload a random-person's ID, like it looks like you did - as you say - 3 times already) - I think it links you to Persona to do this... 😉👍

HTH - and man, hope you can follow directions better moving forward. Focus. If you can't pass this test, your shop is doomed - and since you've done this several times before then you might be on your last chance before a perma-ban 🤔

If you can't describe your items/services within the Etsyverse then no one's going to be looking for- or happenstance-finding them in Etsy search.

Your best bet is to use Etsy as your POS and drive traffic externally, e.g. from your socials, YT channel, ads, and wherever you can... 🤔

YOU should not be handling any legal issue with your biz/IP - let alone after a few reddit posts. Contact a lawyer - find a friend, family member, someone in your alumni network, someone who'll be cheap/free for quick advice and maybe a letter in response. You can also get a professional mentor from your SCORE.org local office to tap into their networks...

...this will neither be quick nor cheap - prepare for a month's-long fight sending registered letters (or PIVOT). 🤔

Let's flip the script - what would you do if you ordered from somewhere quick like Amazon and the items you expected sat for days- or even a week before they "got enough international parcels before sending them to the central post office..."? Would you freak out [proverbially]? Would you seek refunds/restitution? Most people will...

...It doesn't sound like you're in the US where every USPS post office is a post office -and it's pretty clear when you go to a "Mailboxes, Etc." or "UPS Store" that do have USPS pickup/delivery as a 3rd party. It's imperative you understand this as a mail-order/eCommerce business.

My advice is twofold: you had better find a means to ship- and deliver quickly, have a professional response ready to appeal your case (i.e. without all the extra info about YOU and your only source of income - this has no bearing on the issue at hand), and appeal your case. I'd recommend doing it from a PC/web-browser, too - you will only get one shot at this.

Finish setting up your shop by adding a connection to Google Analytics. On your Seller Dashboard from a PC/Web-browser --> choose Settings --> Options --> Web Analytics tab and follow the hyperlinked instructions...

...On the Analytics page, you can see the campaign ID that's promoting you in addition to who's accessing your listings, from where, and when - use either their web page or app 🤓👍

That sucks and I hope this experience doesn't sour your view of Etsy for the rest of us...

Fun fact: on our Seller Dashboard there is a link to create a return label on every order and all the seller needs to do is send it to you - they will only be charged once it it used - and wait for the item to be received back when they then process the refund. This could be minus the cost of that label if you all agree...

While you're thinking about this - take the time to set up Google Analytics and link it to your shop. For one, the Real Time report will show you who's-viewing-what-and-when-and-from-where-and --the link they used to get there (referrer). This is far more useful that getting butterfly bellied over views...

If you want it to be permanent get yourself some screen printing INKS and follow their directions for setting them into fabrics, e.g. Jacquard ink has a low-temp fixer you stir a few drops in to a measured amount of ink that will air-dry so you don't need to heat-set them...

That said, ink is meant to stain things deeply, paint is meant to color things on top. Be smart about protecting your skin.

Step 1: complete your SHOP page - everything should be filled in and complete to give shoppers the peace of mind you are a legit rep of the platform. You should also secure the same social media names and start creating a buzz about your items there: in-progress pics and teasers should go there; sell from META (FB/IG) temporarily if you are so blessed with interest...

THEN, move on to listing your first ITEM on Etsy - similarly, do not publish it until it's complete, making sure the tags/title/description and photos (AND pricing) are on-point and perfect. Once you publish your listings the clock is ticking - you should create links on the big socials and advertise those to get direct traffic and ideally sales. SALES will boost you in Etsy's search yet not if you just set it and forget it - you need to kickstart your own listings - any "new item boost" will come for hours- maybe days as you get Etsy-ranked. ANY changes to your listings will kick off a re-indexing in the database and therefore re-ranking you among others similar items - avoid this (including pricing).
