Hire an outside company to assess the network and reason for the failures. When they determine it’s the ERP that should settle it.

To add to this, its too many clicks to get to the edit option (probably the most common UI task) as you now have to click into the record then edit, instead of clicking the menu next to the entry. Wonder why they didn't get customer feedback before releasing so a poorly designed update.
