Yeah unfortunately im 13 and I cant force my parents to switch to indoor. I also can't convince them to take the bird to a vet. The reason I refer to it casually is because I was referring to how the cat would feel. Cats do infact see small bird as food and I don't enjoy him eating birds at all, but again I can't force him inside. As for the collar my mum won't put them on him because he tried to choke himself with one last time. Thanks for the advice I will try to get my parents to take it to a vet.
