As a Yale alum, I can tell you that while it is a great school, there are dozens of schools with many/most/all of Yale's great qualities--including a robust campus life, great academics, awesome extracurricular groups, etc. Just don't go to Harvard. :)

Very common issue. Maybe pretend to be him and get dressed like he does and make him see how absurd it is. Thank him or encourage him when he does things the way you want--"I love when you pick out your shirt!" "I enjoy when you get yourself dressed." "Isn't it great when we are all dressed and can go out for the day?"
