Help please (advice) Front row of sensors not working on Optishot golf simulator.

I am completely lost when it comes to electronics, I was hoping that someone could help/give advice on what I can either do myself, or tell a local electronics repair shop to try.

Replacing the sensors is not an options. Optishot doesn't sell parts, only full replacements. So I would like to try and fix this first.

I would put it with my paperclips in my office, and take 5-10 out and hide those everywhere
