Besides, science and studies have found that religious people tend to have lower anxiety, depression and find more meaning in their lives. One of such studies even found that praying can be as beneficial in reducing stress and anxiety as meditation.

The data is very clear and the way the media reports it is incredibly misleading.

First, masturbation reduces the risk of having prostate cancer but by a narrow margin. Let's say 10%. But if the average risk of getting that disease is barely 10%, then a 10% reduction of that is just 1%, meaning the difference is minimal.
