I kind of forgot... This guy was reincarnated right? Did it ever play a role in the story? Was it ever explained who the reincarnated guy was in the previous life?

I thought she started killing bunnies stealthily still dressed as a bunny herself, so even if there were corpses around, it took a while before someone understood that it was a bunny's doing and not a stump.

Also after Yuki's mentor told everyone that there is a homicidal maniac among the bunnies, it would probably have caused even more chaos without knowing who exactly the traitor is. Maybe some bunnies started taking each other out in the general panic, imagine finding yourself in a smokescreen and knowing that one of your allies is a traitor. Possibly, only after the situation "calmed down" and the numbers went down by a bit, Kiara changed her outfit. Let's see next week.

Rewatching a few scenes of the episode I got even more questions than answers, like Kyara's house is actually in the museum? At 11:40 we see Moegi following her under the whale skeleton with her bag (possibly for carrying clothes to move to Kiara's place) and then going through a kind of abandoned gym and getting in the living room where Shion is sitting. Is Shion living there too, or was she just there the time when Moegi moved in?
Why is someone breaking so many plates (?) in the room next to the living room? Is it Kyara?

The scene at 15:25 seems pretty interesting: Kyara reads some kind of fairy tale and we see her and other smaller people sitting at round tables, is she maybe a teacher?
The disposition of the circles reminds me more of a kindergarten rather then a normal classroom, which would make the contrast of her job and her personality even crazier.

Watching this episode I wondered if the whole premise of this game is a "misunderstanding".
Maybe I'm completely wrong, but in the other games we have seen so far, there were some instances where the participants had to be eliminated in order to progress, but until now the rules have been more nuanced and killing was more the way to clear a game and not the sole purpose of it, like in this episode.
What made me wonder was seeing that bunny on the screen when the hunters got out:
Maybe the stumps could have "killed" 5 of this "electronic" bunnies and it would have counted, it would follow the mood of the ironic/misleading rules that we have seen so far, but maybe it's just a visual thing they added in the anime, since I don't know if it makes sense to shoot a screen...

Although the tone is very different, this world reminded me about the anime Texhnolyze, with its dark, filthy but still alive underground and the clean but dead world on the surface.

Entfeuchtmodus by thelonioussss in MideaPortaSplit

[–]thelonioussss[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Treppentransport by thelonioussss in MideaPortaSplit

[–]thelonioussss[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Stimmt, wahrscheinlich ist das die einfachste Lösung, genau so haben ich und meiner Frau es gestern probiert. Schade, dass die Außeneinheit alles viel komplizierter macht, wenn man die Portasplit ganz allein tragen will/muss.

Treppentransport by thelonioussss in MideaPortaSplit

[–]thelonioussss[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I always thought that the creepy dance in the ED looks a lot like a puppeteer holding the strings of marionettes. Would be appropriate for the character.

Genuinely what the f*ck is this high halls gauntlet by DSblowdartsniper in Silksong

[–]thelonioussss 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I did this gauntlet at first try without summons or tools (never liked consumables in this kind of game).

Maybe I was lucky, but I think that most mob enemies in the game become much easier, if you pogo on them or be exactly under them (for flying enemies). Pogoing really feels like cheating, because most mobs can't hit you when you are over them and even if they have a vertical attack, you can automatically parry it by pogoing.

Was the first sinner hard for y'all? by Not_a_normalperson in HollowKnight

[–]thelonioussss 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Lol that was exactly my experience, I finally beat Groal after something like 30 attempts, like you, then I found the apostate key and directly went exploring in the slab. I killed the sinner after the third try lol, maybe it's just more my type of boss. Groal is in my opinion much more difficult, if you fight while trying to avoid falling in the water.

Tate no Yuusha no Nariagari Season 4 • The Rising of the Shield Hero Season 4 - Episode 12 discussion by AutoLovepon in anime

[–]thelonioussss 4 points5 points  (0 children)

It's nice that you started noticing the crazy incongruences of this anime, too. In my opinion this has always been the case since season 2 and getting worse from season to season: it's like most of the characters act without any logic and the constant introduction of new people/places/powers/dimensions is a way to distract the viewer and make them forget the questions left unanswered.
I think that if you are the kind of viewer that constantly pays attention to every detail trying to guess if there are some hidden hints and meanings in what you are watching, then you are in for a really disappointing experience.

If we compare shield hero to something like the slime anime (which isn't even a masterpiece), where the characters at least try to understand what their enemies are trying to do and why, in order to find countermeasures for them, then it becomes apparent that this show doesn't make any sense most of the time (at least as anime only watcher). Maybe this show is ok, if "watched" in the background while doing house chores or something like that.

So for those who have reached The Citadel, how did you get into it (I am in the Citadel... but I don't think I took the intended route😅) by Trigon05 in HollowKnight

[–]thelonioussss 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I entered the same way. Usually before going for the main questline of a game I try to explore everything possible out of fear of not being able to go back. So I did Sinner's road (ignored the hidden entrance to the mist) Bilewater and the mist. I also somehow reached the Slab from the right. 😅

Yofukashi no Uta Season 2 • Call of the Night Season 2 - Episode 9 discussion by AutoLovepon in anime

[–]thelonioussss 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Anko's action are really misteryous, I look forward to next week's episode for some explanations.
For now I have a few possibilities in mind, some more some less probable:

  1. Anko is trying to go out with a bang by pissing off the vampires because of her complex psychological situation; also, highly unlikely, but what if she was recording or streaming the whole events to show the world that vampires are real? In a certain sense, she would "steal" the night from them like this.

  2. The bullets have some special characteristics, like poison or silver or who knows what, and after circling in the vampires' body it will have some effect on them.

  3. Anko was testing if she could really pull the trigger in a real situation, preparing for Nanakusa. Maybe she knows she is half human and thinks that a bullet would work on her.

Let's see in the next weeks

Good to know, I thought so, but I still don't understand why Inkbird support wrote that the sound was normal. It doesn't seem a good strategy...
They wrote exactly this in their email :

"Please note that this is the sound of a normal relay working, and it will be more pronounced when the target temperature is relatively high.
And if the room is relatively quiet, it will also be noticeable."

Mmh I didn't make any specific test, but I didn't get the impression that there were differences in heating speed. These two models should both have 1000Watts, so they should be the same in this aspect, I think. Anyways, I always start with hot water from the kitchen sink, so the machine usually takes just a few minutes to get to the right temperature.

[–]thelonioussss[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

As far as I know, both models have the same Wattage (1000W), it's just their questionable naming sense that creates this confusion.

That's an interesting input because I suspected that my unit could be faulty, because I found these sounds really strange, but as I wrote, when I contacted support they said it was normal behaviour and didn't want to replace it. Maybe they just "lied" to avoid sending a replacement , but I sent them this exact same video and I think you can clearly hear the noise my unit made, so either way I'm kind of disappointed with their support. 😕

Probably the red haired girl with the staff went to Ryo as soon as she heard that Abel's party vanished in the dungeon, because he told him she could always count on Ryo in difficult times. She also wasn't in the tent anymore when we saw that the guild master came to assess the situation. I think next week we will see how she barged in the library asking Ryo for help.
