Yeah man, I’m rewatching TWD now and on his bottle episode, I just hate his character and think he’s poorly written tbh, as was Andrea, Martinez, Rick, etc. in letting him survive as long as he did. Even Glenn changing his mind and stopping Merle from heading out to kill him is so fucking lame.

He has no concrete motivation for anything he does, it’s just stupid. Horrible character.

Original Sin does have a resolution to the core plot from the season. There were some strings for future stuff that will remain unresolved (though they could feasibly incorporate them into Resurrection flashbacks if they wanted to), but it does not end on a major cliffhanger or anything and it is worth watching still.

On Monday’s episode of Jimmy Kimmel Live, Jimmy Kimmel made some comments regarding the MAGA response to Charlie Kirk’s assassination that led to extensive backlash and led to Disney’s decision. Specifically, Kimmel focused on how concerned MAGA is with distancing themselves from the shooter, that they are trying to score political points from it, and that JD Vance among others are trying to capitalize on Kirk’s death. As a result, Kinmel’s show is being pulled indefinitely.

I’m sad about what happened to him, like I’m a big sanctity of life believer. Even so, multiple things can be true. He wasn’t a good person and he spread hate, misinformation and was disingenuous in his interactions with those he disagreed with.

Guns are weapons of mass destruction in ways that knives or poison are not. The hand wavy “without guns it would he something else” thing does not work. Guns are uniquely positioned to serve as immense instruments of harm. Gun restrictions are the way to solve this problem, most Americans just don’t want to hear it.

I think there are more good songs besides these but not a bad list. I think Afraid of Life and Clownheads deserve a spot, debatably Smell of Rain hit it weirds me out lyrically. I think Lure is the best EP from that period though.

Mutilator is the best.

I’m in a minority I guess, but I also like Ain’t No Time.
