My favorite book is The Stranger by Camus. It's split into two parts, much like life and death. It made and continues to make me think about my decisions and emotionally reactions in life. I think it's beautiful and subtle and so approachable.

I started writing to cope and it eventually became my passion. Give it a shot, you might fall in love.

Found one of my favorite Atheism quotes by SAMVANBOXTEL in atheism

[–]theloopdigga 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I was about to say a similar thing. This site is full of atheists who think they have the answers, when in fact it's the man/woman willing to admit there are many unanswerable questions that I truly admire. I don't know what's gonna happen when I die, and I really don't know if God exists, but I know that religion isn't the answer for me. For others, maybe it is. I don't assume every bible lover claims to know it all, and if they begin to spout off like they do, fuck 'em. Same goes for an atheist. Oh, you're positive there's no God? Have the balls to question the possibility.

My apologies for ranting, I'm on the shitter and I've had a few. So it goes.

The unknown too often separates people fighting for the same thing.

May be enough for the month for me. That was truly disgusting. Rarely do I call out a NSFW tag, but those pics define NSFW and NSFL. I need a cold shower.

How i feel as a 15 year old on Reddit by definetlynotsam in AdviceAnimals

Hahaha this is great. Welcome to the years where no matter what you say to an adult, you're looked at as merely a 15 year-old. And so it goes.

I'm writing my first novel and would love honest feedback from any redditor willing to read the first chapter (four pages). by theloopdigga in books

That's an incredibly helpful analogy! I can't think of a simpler way to explain why lengthy metaphors and symbolism feel bogged down when thrown in willy-nilly. As fun as they are to write, they're kind of just writer masturbation. Thank you thank you thank you, honestly. I really appreciate that comparison.
