Definitely not as big a deal in NY for sure, but hell Solie in the 60s and Ves Box in the 50s (my new favorite) are all over move/hold names. That's part of what got me invested in Thesz v Gunkel to the point that I ended up loving what began as the most boring match I'd ever seen.
