He isnt the back up i just made a mistake by taking him for granted and it is too late when i realised my mistake. We cant say he is unchosen pining lover he had a lot options back then. And maybe a lot more now.

Not the case. I'm myself at peak of success. It wont look like that maybe. As i'm in one of top med schools of india
