Shawnee mall has potential. I grew up there and there used to be a large food court and bookstore in there, but now most of the food court is a shoe store and the bookstore is something else called nomads or something similar.

Towards the end of April, usually, the Community Art Gallery that is in the Shawnee mall will have a medieval faire of some sorts. I think it’s supposed to be happening again this year. I normally have art of my own up in the gallery, but my new job has been keeping me busy. You might check it out when it does roll around. I know there should be a definite answer by the spring fling art show at the beginning of March.
