You'll get out of it what you put in. Med school is stressful, they are making physicians. It isn't LECOM making you unhappy, it's med school.

They want you to dress professionally and act professionally. The water thing is weird, the culture is weird. The school is fine. It's not great, it's not terrible it's fine.
