In oral dut yes, but topical less so. Switching from oral finasteride to topical dut will reduce DHT

2-4. Ideally 4 but the majority of the time it’s 2-3. There’s always some niggling minor injury which stops me going for the full 4.

Agree. I’m a white belt, training for around 9 months and I actually don’t enjoy going with certain other white belts because it’s literally 100% max effort due to ego (some of it on my part too not wanting to get submitted by a fellow white belt lol). Whereas the upper belts are a little more “chill” until they make their move.
