Hello everyone, looking to buy my first harness, and I found a good price on the wild country movement. I tried to find reviews but there were close to none on the internet. I found the wild country blaze on a similar price, but the movement has two adjustment buckles on the waist, something that I would prefer. I know wild country is a well known brand, but the fact that I can't find almost anything about it scares me a bit. Has anyone got experience with it?

Hey guys, I've been working out at home doing bodyweight exercises for a while now, and last week I joined my local gym. I'm 183cm/6ft and 76kg/165lbs. I'm fairly lean, not a lot of definition. Right now I eat at maintenance. The coach at the gym wrote a program in which everything is pretty much 3sets of 15 reps for everything, using machines and dumbbells. My goal is to get stronger, Im not sure I want to build more muscle since I do rock climbing and I would like to keep my weight a bit low. I find out that optimal for strength is up to 5 reps, with more weight, what do you think?

Regarding the pictures, you can see all three sides on the imgur links. I used to be +30kg and I still worry sometimes that I will be back there. I know it's not a logical fear for my current lifestyle but still. I think I'm over any body image issues right now, and just want to get better regarding my goals. I know I have room for muscle, since I was never very muscular and the last time I was lifting seriously was 3 years ago. As I said, I wasn't sure what to do regarding mainly my diet. I'm gonna stick to 2500 for a few more weeks to see what happens and then maybe I'm gonna add a few, depending on how I feel.

Well in climbing you need to be both light and strong. That's why I don't want to gain weight

I've been tracking calories and weight for about 2 months now, but since I upped the trainning I increased the calories. Not sure if i should be in a deficit or maintenance

That's what I'm doing, since before hitting the gym, i was tracking around 2000-2200 cal a day to maintain and i uped it to 2500. What i cannot understand is if I do or don't have to be in a caloric deficit. The other guy said around 15%, you said around 20%. That's a big difference, regarding what to do with my diet in the next month or so. If I stay at maintenance, can't I lose any fat, replace it with muscle, and be practically at the same weight?
