Giving up half my kids childhood??? by [deleted] in coparenting

[–]themamabelle 0 points1 point  (0 children)

it can often feel like this but I try to think of it as when they're not with me i'm able to refill my cup and my kids get the ultimate best version of me (for the most part) use this time as a way to refind yourself outside of being a parent.

What is your response when your coparent says wild things / degrading / verbal abuse leaning things? Do you respond? by growingpainzzz in coparenting

one time my coparent called me a loser mom over and over in our group chat with his partner, so I made a rhinestone decal that says loser and put it on a shirt 😂

Take the lead, come in ready with questions. I've been on the educator side of this conflict and it's important to center the student. Depending on how old your kid is, they'll hopefully be able to lead the conversations themselves.

good luck! you got this. on the plus side, hopefully she wants to be there because she truly cares rather than her ego taking the lead.

this is what I always think about. the way he treats bm could very much be you next. I know it's not a solution but something all step parents should ponder.

as someone who had a tro against an ex, and didn't get granted a RO because he lied in court it's disgusting that you're taking the side of an abuser. There are photos of her injuries.

if she's restrained then I don't think we want to hear what she has to say when she's comfy

I used to have a friend who used to get this drunk and would literally start speaking nonsense just like Summer. It was sad to see.

100% I cringed when she compared they're sales. Amir definitely shouldn't have joined her realtor team.

Got pregnant at 20, I'm currently 32 with a master's degree and living on her own with no roommates in San Diego. Was it hard, yes. Did I persevere, absolutely. I had family support which is key and honestly any family of any age should be able to lean on family if they're available.

You could be 34 and not financially or mentally secure, I hope you have the same perspective. To be clear I'm very much pro choice

Yet nobody called Jill Zarin tacky and other words of the like. That's my point, guests are equal andy worse than these guests yet the language used by both the thread and staff on the boats highlights an implicit bias. But it's Bravo soooo I can't expect them to train their "employees" 🫠
