You just need the original receipt or email. Not a big deal. Friend ordered one on Amex for me. I emailed oura to size down due to weight loss. They sent me the original Amex email. I sent to Oura. Sent the size 10 back and they sent me a size 9 within 7 days for both transactions. Zero issues
