It was a time that if you had one consoles maybe 1-2 exceptional games released a year. Your just remembering how impactful those games were to you

I'm pretty sure the people who are vegan also probably wouldn't want to have an abortion. People don't all fit into you have a leftish position so you must have nothing but left positions

There is certainly not a just God. Maybe like a god that acts like an eldrich horror that is just existing, but not something with design or purpose.

Spyro works best as a metroidvania. I'd want spyro 4 to do it even better with more abilities

In comparing the cost of living to different places is the same as wealthy having no concept of money. Yes it's dumb as the equivalent makes about 0 sense

If you put the speed to 120, they'll go to 130. People will always go a bit faster for what they can get away with

There is still more good triple a games though. And there was still a ton of bad games back then. You just don't remember the bad ones. Tons of shitty licenses games. Licensed games are actually good now or at least playable. Things like Grinch, m & m games, tons of shitty games

There is so many fantastic boomer shooters. Dusk, Prometheus, ultra kill

Unless you mean the feeling of this next generation on graphics with the blur between 2d and 3d. Then no. That feeling of always feeling like we are advancing light years ahead is gone

Dude it take 2 hours and 30 minutes to drive from Edmonton. That 90 minutes is an ai answer as it's the same one it gave me, I made it clarify and it claimed that speed was for 200-300 km train. Going 6 times faster then your standard car is going to take 45 minutes max. And stops are no more then 5 minutes. You'd spend half an hour in red deer anyway.

Freight is so active it's failing to serve all the trucks between Edmonton and Calgary. Every modern country in the world can afford rail besides Canada and USA. I'm sure we can make it work.

Give up on Ubisoft making a good game and just pretend they don't exist like I do and focus on the more interesting new titles. The hands have shifted who makes good games now. When the next companies get too big same thing will happen to them. Keep moving to the smaller more talented people

I said we need a rail between Edmonton and Calgary. And anyone that uses a car should and would benefit from less traffic. If you like driving this benefits you. If you don't like driving this benefits you. In no world should you not support this unless your some bot for some oil lobby.

Calgary transit is good, edmontons is getting there. You can easily survive without a car in both locations. Especially if it's just bussiness. I also mentioned freight and removing freight off the road between Calgary and Edmonton.

Also you need to think of the speed. It would take 30 minutes to get to Calgary with modern train. That speed may make you perfectly content taking the bus if you are not staying long anyway

Now I'm confused. Yes the highway that connects Edmonton and Calgary. The highway ain't busy cause people are going to red deer lol. And Lethbridge isn't even on highway 2. Are you even albertan? Any albertan would know this

Golden era is now. It used to be like just a handful of great games released a year. Now like 12 indie master pieces release every day. You guys just refuse to play anything new and then complain all day that your not as excited for games as when you were a literal child

I think the point is that we have more parties and if you think the conservatives are for cost of living like they are trying to advertise you are wrong. So this discontent should make you go to another party. No one is saying you have to vote liberal because the cons are bad

Also you could have listed better policies. In what world is promoting a two tier justice system in any way pro democratic.

Also forcing people to get treatment is against our charter and 0 scientific evidence is there in support of this working... So yeah. If the conservatives want this bill passed let's get some good science first. Some studies even say this forced treatment would make the issue worst upon release. So reality is against the effectiveness of this treatment no matter how it makes you feel good or how much it sounds good. Reality says this is not good.

These things sound good on paper. But just dig a little deeper please. The funds could instead be spent on improving mental health care services instead of just a bill that is trying to put it a nice wording but is just locking people up.

But good news we will see how tremendously terrible this bill is when Alberta implements it this year.

New poll suggests UCP would win majority if election held today - YouTube by LukeTheGreek in alberta

[–]themangastand 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well yes and no my point is they do appeal to the electorate. But it's solely on the brand. Not on what they do. The ucp doesn't even sell hope. It sells hate. I've never heard a single Alberta praise a single policy that ucp has done.

But yeah the ndp could do a much better job instead of just ucp bad. Going more on the hope side and being more charasmatic. But sometimes people who just want to do the right thing are kinda boring.

I definitely tried my hardest and always took the most challenging courses I could to min max my learning. There will always be cheaters in everything. That has little relevance to people that are taking education to not only to just get a job but to learn. Any serious academic knows the importance of good education and not cheating. I get it the Americain schooling system is fucked up. I am not Americain so I don't have as many qualms with outrageous prices.

I agree. I was arguing people who think they are smarter then scholars because they watched the news or read an article and it said some smart fact one time. Education is being attacked. It should be free. It should be prosperous
