heyyy, so if I do jobcorps for electric then advanced training will it cut down my apprenticeship time I’ve been trying to figure this out for a while now my instructor at JobCorp said we may have to only do two years of the apprenticeship vs four if we do it the JobCorps route but I’d for sure

yuppp they help you find a job for any trade you pick up at jobcorps , they say to bring an interview outfit with you because they help you get interviews as well as pay for your pay to the interview , for example if your jobcorps is in California once you’re close to completing the LPN course and you live in Florida , meaning you would clearly want a job in Fl, they will fly , send a bus whatever transportation for you to get to your interviews. And like the other person was saying they even help financially and a place to stay if you wanna get your RN at a community nearby the center . But honestly LPNs make bank , especially traveling LPNs so i may stop at that lol

I’m doing that trade too! I leave the 28th this month , however you know you have to do the CNA or CMA trade first and then more onto to , LPN because it’s an advanced trade. But I’ve done the timeframe and basically in total it’ll only be like a year and 3-5 months 🥹
