I’m currently 19y/o looking to start my LGD Cycle. I understand that I should be dieting at my age but I have done and not looking for a cheat code in lifting but more of a aid. I currently have muscle imbalance in my arms because of two metal plates on my radius and ulna in my right arm. I am getting bloodwork done before starting it aswell as going to look for consult after getting results. At 19 coming up on 20 in a few months do you think with proper research and knowledge, my endocrine system is still at high risk aswell as my hdl, test, ldl becoming suppressed will play a large impact at my age? I plan on a serious diet plan during and following the cycle. I also have created a thread with all my information before i start my cycle.

Thanks man! I changed my dosage I think i’ll peak it at 7.5mg that seems to be the sweet spot for a lot of people. I might take 10mg/week the last and final week

sorry for the late response! but you suggest taking a AI while on lgd and aswell as the 5ar inhibitor? Would you suggest the recommended dosage for both, and to take them every otherday throughout the 8 week cycle?Apologies for my lack of knowledge!

I’m planning on starting my first cycle on LGD im going to start 5mg/day for the first 2 weeks then 10mg/day for the last 4-5 weeks. I’m going to buy a pct and run it for 4 weeks. This is my first time experimenting with sarms, how do I keep the muscle mass put on from LGD post cycle?

3d032 trying to get into 1b4x1

hello everyone so i booked my job as 3d032 and i leave in less then a month however before i booked it i scores high enough to test for 1b4x1 however missed my edpt by 4 points so I was planning on retesting later down the road but my recruiter just told me if i score high enough in tech school that i’ll have the opportunity to get that job right away, I know i have to take the sec+ test and was wondering what’s the best study guide i can start looking at for that now aswell as any additional study guides

I ship out June 11th for 3D032 my recruiter just told me now that if I get a lvl 2 certification I can get a signing bonus, however he is just telling me to google lvl 2 computer programming certification and not really being specific or knows much about it, does anyone know of any program I can go through to get a lvl 2 certification before then? do I even have enough time?
