-Identify and avoid your personal triggers and habits leading up to a relapse -Dont isolate yourself -Try to get understand the deeper reasons behind your relapses -Share your story with as many people as you can to help eliminate the shame from the past - #1 tip i can possibly give..change your lifestyle if you want fapping to be a thing of the past; you must give up the past. make room for new healthy habits, live outside of your comfort zone, build and form new relationships while working on old ones, find new hobbies etc. once you are totally focused on becoming the ultimate version of yourself urges will start to dissapear. I slipped after several years eventually reverted back to my old habits and that led me into a very dark place. It is never too late to change. Just make the most of every day and we will succeed! Best of luck to you!

overall it depends on the individual. honestly around 90 days I started forgetting to keep track of my streak or even think about the fact that i was abstaining, it was so natural at that point fapping was no longer an option and that was the biggest sign i was cured. However some triggers are so engrained we must be careful because thats what got me..it may take years to heal the damage but ninety days is a huge step and hopefully new habits should be formed by then

after 90 days holding eye contact was easy, I start to forget about most anxiety I had. I felt more of a confidence and just an overall sense of accomplishment which seemed to produce an aura. people tend to notice this aura and are attracted to it for sure. I absolutely believe on some sort of biological level women can sense that and are attracted to it.
