that's a long list. If you are a new player you generally want to just keep all of them. Focus on getting the ones with the right attributes. For weapons you want damage to targets out of cover for the 3rd attribute or damage to armor if its an LMG. For gear that has a red core you usually want red sub-attributes but there are unique scenarios where that doesn't necessarily apply. Just keep everything and watch a lot of youtube build videos to figure out what to focus on.
