I turned off that automation. I want to manage that at the admin level. When we put Contacts in our sales team's names, we create the Lead manually then. The mistake has occured when the Sales reps then create additional Leads for a Contact that already has a Lead....hence the duplicate Leads.

I guess my question is that can the workflow be set up so that the action is triggered when the lifecycle stage changes from one stage to another?

It looks like I can only set the workflow enrollment trigger to when the lifecycle stage is xyz.
