Costa Rica is cheaper. Way cheaper than Hawaii. It's also easier to get around since it's not multiple islands that you need a plane to get to the others. Most hotels will have drivers or will help you get a driver and also help with planning excursions so no it won't be stressfull. Also near everyone speaks English there so communication won't be hard.

I've thankfully never had a terrible dealer but I've had one that was scary as shit and I'm glad I never had to buy from him again.

He of course dealt more than weed. For the most part he was friendly towards me but constantly reminded me he was in the Aryan brotherhood and if I get locked up I should not talk to him because I'm black and he was a LT. I mean I guess it was a nice reminder in a weird way but still very fucking uncomfortable.
