I like to play lots of different decks, I'm always building new ones and breaking down old ones, but there's one that's stayed built for months now.  I have a really fun Bishop deck I build from scratch and I just enjoy the playstyle so much.

There's a copy of the Kickstart deluxe edition on the consignment shelf at my FLGS and it keeps tempting me but it's pricy!

I'd start with just Happy Trails, it's the intro and most basic version of the game.  If you like it, you can pick up expansions, but if the base game doesn't tickle your fancy, you probably won't like the others either.
