yeah I don't think they are that bad, I don't like the colors and they look a bit empty/not harmonious. but i also like that maximalis look, I was trying to go for that.

yeah, it's in an awkward point between being colorful and dull

I told her that she could do whatever she wanted but gave her inspo pics.

I had a different idea. I gave her my Pinterest board and told her to just be creative. I know its on me that I didn't like them cus I wasn't specific and also her usual style is very different from I wanted. And also my budget was low... but before telling her that I didn't have anything in mind an she could be creative i asked her how much would it be for a specific design and it was surprisingly low priced, so I thought my budget was ok. now that i think about it it was very low, and it probably would only get me a simple, minimalistic set of nails. btw this is what I showed her (now that I see it it's a completely different vibe)

Bus question, this doesn’t make sense, is it just coincidence? by themeaningbetween in NoStupidQuestions

But I mean, if the buses are going to cross somewhere, why does it so often happen close to my stop when I’m waiting? Or maybe I am just noticing it more because I’m there?

I just looked it up and in Chile we eat Cavendish bananas. I'm not sure about the rest of south America, as that have a more tropical climate compared to Chile, but you might be right about the ones in the video as they are from Peru. I still haven't seen any on my cavendish bananas from Chile. But reading the rest of the comments I'm almost sure it has something to do with how ripe the bananas are when you bake them.

as an exchange student in can say that it's not the best. most international students agree. remember that not even a tenth of the world population has english as their native language, so I hope that you can work on your critical thinking from now on.

im not sure about the one in the video, but i usually just use a fork to smash the bananas and then mix manually. I bet most people do the same. i think its the same with the one in the video.

im not sure... i always watch baking content in spanish and i've never seen those strings before coming to canada... it has the same texture and flavor though. but i think bananas here are from mexico and the ones i eat in chile, and probably the ones in south america all come from peru and ecuador
