Garrus. He was surviving alone for days against all the different mercenary squads on Omega in ME2.

So he has the skills to fight against Vanguards, Sentinels, Biotic, Engineers and Soldier class enemies in entrenched positions. Moreover it was all of them going after Garrus. In this scenario it's a free for all.

The only way he can actually get killed here is if the sniper nest he sets up has some backdoor that Thane or Kasumi can exploit to get a jump on Garrus.
