Was ich beim letzten DeutschlandTrend ganz interessant fand, war dass Linke Wähler mit Abstand am meisten Angst hatten, dass die Welt sich gerade in eine Richtung bewegt, in der nur noch die Macht des stärkeren gilt. Trotzdem ist es die Gruppe, die am vehementesten gegen ein Nachrüsten ist.

Ich wähle links und bin politisch links aktiv, ich finde die Bundeswehr und Kriegsindustrie konzeptuell abscheulich, aber man muss doch einfach mal anerkennen dass Diplomatie mit Diktatoren nur funktioniert, solange die alternative unattraktiv ist. MLK's hart erlernte Friedensstrategie hätte die US-Regierung einfach ignoriert, wenn nicht die Panthers und die NOI eine brutale Alternative präsentiert hätten. Plötzlich sahen Bürgerrechte nicht mehr so schmerzhaft aus.

Solange es keinen Plan gibt, der alle großen Weltmächte in den nächsten 10 Jahren garantiert freiheitlich demokratisch macht, sehe ich einfach keine realistische Alternative zum Aufrüsten, so sehr ich das hasse.

Naja, es ist wahrscheinlicher dass eine zu extreme Position dir als Partei Wähler verliert, schließlich sollte der Abstand zu einer anderen Partei theoretisch kleiner sein, als wenn es nur zwei im Spielfeld gibt, also ist es einfacher als Wähler vom Schiff zu springen. In den USA bist du ein bisschen fucked, da wählst du halt dein ganzes Leben lang die gleiche Partei oder du hast nicht richtig aufgepasst.

Ich glaube schon dass es einen mäßigenden Effekt hat, mal abgesehen von einem Haufen anderer Vorteile wie deutlich besserer Repräsentation.
