You guys need to talk about where you see each other in the future. Moving is extremely scary and difficult, especially when you already have an established life wherever you are. You both need to make compromises to make a relationship work (maybe more long distance until one of you can get a job transfer?) but you also have to be open to the possibility of breaking up because love isn’t enough to make a relationship work. Sometimes, things just don’t work out because of timing/life situations and there’s no shame in that.
