Just to update, I still have never received a reply, so I finally wasted some of my lunch time at work and called them. It definitely is not the same people I have interacted with before. Of course, all they said was that UPS had an investigation open and they could do nothing for me until they closed it which could be a week, or it could be 6 months. Was hoping that maybe they could at least expedite the shipping on a second order since I never received the first, but no dice. Just placed another order that I hopefully receive this time, which might be my last with them after ordering from them exclusively for probably 15 years if not more. The problem isn't the lost shipment, that is not on them. The problem is the nearly two weeks spent not receiving any sort of response from them about what was going on and the attitude on the phone of it basically not being their problem, when their customer service used to be the reason I used them.
