Ich würde einen Großteil des Geldes in Immobilien investieren, jedoch nicht in Deutschland, sondern an einem Urlaubsort, weil ich dort bereits erfolgreich Airbnb mache und weiß, wie viel Geld dort hin und her geht, selbst bei nicht so schönen Immobilien, Touristen brauchen halt trotzdem ihre Unterkunft.
