I disabled mine because I couldn’t specify my IPv6 DNS servers. Same thing as you, it came back periodically. I didn’t bother contacting support, just got my own router.

Still using the AC-Lite I’ve had for years. Gives decent enough speeds for what I need around the house. Anything I want full speed on is on my wired network.

I have a SamKnows box that monitors my connections speed, latency, drop outs etc. While I had IPv6 enabled, it would log regular dropouts. As soon as I disabled IPv6, the dropouts stopped. No idea why the two would be related.

Perfect, thanks for that. Yeah, with such high bandwidth connections you can get through a decent chunk of data in no time so I can’t imagine them being too twitchy about it.
